02Summary

• No sign-up. No user account.
• The photo library and contacts are processed on the iPhone. One photo leaves the device only when chosen for enhancement.
• Analytics receives a random user ID; crash reporting receives crash data. Neither is linked to identity.
• Tracking by advertising identifier happens only with App Tracking Transparency permission.

04Features and device data

• Photo library. Read with permission. The scan for duplicates, near-duplicates, blurry shots and screenshots runs on the device. Deletion requires confirmation. Deleted photos move to Recently Deleted in Photos.
• Contacts. Read with permission and checked on the device for duplicates and empty cards. Edits happen only after confirmation.
• Hidden space. Photos, videos, contacts and passwords placed there sit in the app’s own storage on the iPhone, behind the PIN. No copy reaches Techshoot.
• Photo enhancement. The selected photo travels over an encrypted connection to a processing service, which returns the enhanced version. The photo serves that single request.
• Speed test. The test server receives the device IP address. Any network connection exposes it.

05Analytics and crash reports

• Analytics: a random user ID, assigned by the app.
• Crash reporting: crash data, used to keep the app working.
• Neither is tied to a name, email or account.

06Tracking

iOS shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Allow it, and identifiers may be used to measure which ad led to the install, across other companies’ apps and websites. Decline, and the advertising identifier is not shared.

To change the choice:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
3. Switch AI Private Cleaner App off or on.

07Purchases

Apple takes payment for the weekly or quarterly plan. Techshoot receives the purchase status and a transaction reference to unlock features. Card details never reach Techshoot. Billing and cancellation: Cleaner Terms of Use.

08Recipients

• Apple: distribution, payments and iOS permissions. Apple’s privacy policy applies.
• Processors: analytics, crash reporting, ad measurement, photo processing. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and handles data only on Techshoot’s instructions.
• Authorities: only where a statute compels disclosure.
• No sale of personal data. No sharing for third-party marketing.

09Retention

• On-device data: kept until removed in the app, or until the app is deleted.
• Photos sent for enhancement: discarded once the result is delivered.
• Analytics and crash data: erased or anonymized once analytics and crash fixes no longer need them.
• Support email: kept while the request is open and for follow-up.

10GDPR rights

Available rights: access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent. To use any of them:

1. Email apps@techshoot.info.
2. Name AI Private Cleaner App and the approximate dates of use. No account exists, so this is how processor records are located.
3. Expect a reply within one month.

Complaints: Serbia’s Commissioner for personal data protection, or the supervisory authority of the EU member state of residence.

11iPhone controls

• Photos, Contacts: open Settings → Privacy & Security, then the permission.
• Tracking: see section 06.
• On-device data, hidden space included: remove the app. Device or iCloud backups hold a copy until overwritten.

12Children

The app does not target children under 13. Techshoot does not knowingly collect data from them. Age of digital consent: 15 in Serbia, 13 to 16 across the EU. Below it, a parent or guardian must consent. Data sent by a child: report it to apps@techshoot.info for deletion.

13Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. On the device, the iOS sandbox and the hidden-space PIN protect app data. Keep a device passcode on; no protection is absolute.

14Revisions

Revisions follow changes in the app or the law. Check the “Last updated” line for the version date. Significant changes also get an in-app notice.
