01Parties

Eatix – Food Scanner for iPhone

Read these terms before first use. Install or use of Eatix binds the user to them and to the Eatix Privacy Policy.

02License

  • Eatix is licensed, never sold.
  • TECHSHOOT LLC doo grants a limited license that is non-exclusive, non-transferable and carries no right to sublicense.
  • Permitted use: personal and non-commercial, on a compatible device, under these terms.
  • Ownership of Eatix stays with the licensor.

03Purpose

Function: information and lifestyle features, among them food preferences and allergy checks. Use Eatix for information and personal needs only.

No medical advice, no diagnosis, no treatment, no professional healthcare. Take questions on medical conditions, allergies, diet limits and health decisions to a qualified clinician. See also the Disclaimer.

04User input

Food preferences, allergy data and other entries are optional. The user answers for whatever goes in. Do not use Eatix to break the law, cause harm, abuse others or mislead.

05Restrictions

Do not:

  • copy, share or resell Eatix;
  • reverse engineer or decompile it, or try to pull out its source code;
  • alter it or build derivative works on it;
  • use it against applicable law;
  • disrupt how it runs or weaken its security.

06Intellectual property

Code, design, brand and content of Eatix belong to TECHSHOOT LLC doo or its licensors and carry intellectual property protection. Any reproduction, distribution or alteration of Eatix materials beyond these terms is prohibited.

07No warranty

Eatix is supplied in its current state (“as is”) and subject to availability (“as available”). Excluded: all express and implied warranties. That covers merchantability, accuracy, availability, non-infringement and fitness for a specific purpose. Error-free, uninterrupted or constant operation is not guaranteed.

08Liability

As far as law permits, TECHSHOOT LLC doo owes nothing for punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damage linked to Eatix. The exclusion covers device faults, lost profits, lost data and decisions based on information shown in the app.

09Privacy

The Eatix Privacy Policy also governs use of the app. Read it to see what data Eatix handles and how.

10Subscriptions

  • Eatix offers free features plus trials, introductory offers and paid plans.
  • Region, app version, store and running promotions decide the plan list, price, trial length, billing period and included features.
  • App Store purchase: Apple charges the Apple Account on confirmation.
  • Renewal is automatic. Cancel 24 h or more before the period ends to skip the next charge.
  • Apple may bill the renewal inside the last 24 hours of the period.
  • Refunds follow the rules of the store that sold the subscription. App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com.

To manage or cancel:

  1. Open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
  2. Select Eatix.
  3. Change the plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

11Revisions

Techshoot may change these terms at any time. New versions appear in Eatix or on this site. Keep using Eatix after a change takes effect, and the change counts as accepted.

12Termination

Breach of these terms or misuse of Eatix allows Techshoot to suspend or end access at any time. The user may quit Eatix whenever they choose.

13Governing law

The law of the licensor’s country of registration, the Republic of Serbia, governs these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
