02Recorded automatically

Eatix and its service providers record these items without any input:

  • Device identifiers.
  • iOS version.
  • Language setting.
  • Feature usage within Eatix.
  • Analytics events.
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data.
  • Subscription status and purchase details.

Uses: running Eatix, bug fixes, usage measurement, security, product improvements.

03Entered by choice

No account is needed. Data a person may enter:

  • Food preferences and allergies.
  • In-app preferences and settings.
  • Notification choices.
  • Subscription details.

Storage: part stays on the iPhone; part is processed or kept on secured servers that run Eatix.

Any item can be skipped. Features that depend on it may then stop working.

  • Deliver reminders, when switched on.
  • Measure performance and usage.

05Service providers

Outside providers support Eatix in five areas: analytics, crash reports, subscription handling, install attribution and performance measurement, cloud and backend infrastructure.

Named providers:

  • Firebase
  • AppsFlyer
  • Adapty

Each one handles data only to the extent its own service requires.

06Notifications

Reminders arrive only when switched on. To turn them off:

  1. Open Settings → Notifications.
  2. Select Eatix.
  3. Switch off Allow Notifications.

07Payments

Eatix offers paid subscriptions, trials, introductory offers and Premium features. Apple processes every purchase through the App Store. Techshoot neither collects nor stores full card numbers.

Billing, cancellation and refunds run through the Apple Account, under Apple’s rules. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
  2. Select Eatix.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

08Control over data

Edit or erase data inside Eatix where a feature allows it. Any other request: write to apps@techshoot.info.

09Retention

Retention lasts only while reasonably needed for:

  • operating Eatix;
  • legal duties;
  • dispute settlement;
  • security;
  • service improvement.

Figures that are aggregated or anonymized and point to no individual may stay longer, for analytics and operations.

10Cross-border processing

Processing or storage can happen outside the user’s home country. Reasonable safeguards protect data in transit between countries.

11User rights

Depending on local law, a user may ask for:

  • access to their data;
  • correction of inaccurate data;
  • deletion;
  • objection to some processing;
  • withdrawal of consent, where consent is the basis.

12Security

Administrative, technical and organizational safeguards guard data against unauthorized access, use, change or disclosure. No electronic transfer or storage is fully secure.

13Children

This policy sets no separate age rule. Children fall under the company policy: Privacy Policy, section 11.

14External links

Eatix may link to resources outside Techshoot’s ownership or control. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility.

15Revisions

Techshoot may revise this policy at any time. New versions appear in Eatix or on this site. Keep using Eatix after a revision takes effect, and the revision counts as accepted.
