01Controller and scope

TECHSHOOT LLC doo (“Techshoot”) publishes AI Private Cleaner App and Eatix – Food Scanner and operates this site. Techshoot is the controller for the personal data described here. Legal frame: GDPR and Serbia’s Personal Data Protection Law.

Each app has its own policy, and for that app it prevails:

• AI Private Cleaner App: Cleaner Privacy Policy.
• Eatix – Food Scanner: Eatix Privacy Policy.

This page covers the site, support email, and any point an app policy leaves open.

• No sign-up. No user accounts in either app.
• No sale of personal data. No sharing for third-party marketing.
• Apple processes every payment. Card details never reach Techshoot.
• This site sets no cookies and loads no trackers or third-party scripts.

04This site and email

• No cookies. No trackers. No third-party scripts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and fault analysis.
• Support email: the sender address and message content. Used only to reply.

05Legal bases

• Contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: app features, purchase unlocks, support replies.
• Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: device permissions and tracking, where iOS asks. Withdraw it in iOS Settings at any time.
• Legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: security, crash fixes, aggregate usage statistics.
• Legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: accounting and tax records.

06Recipients

• Apple: distribution, payments and iOS permissions. Apple’s privacy policy applies.
• Processors: hosting, app back ends, analytics and attribution, crash reporting, email. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and handles data only on Techshoot’s instructions.
• Authorities: only where a statute compels disclosure.
• Successor: in a sale or transfer of a business or an app. This policy keeps covering data collected under it.

07Transfers abroad

Some processors operate outside Serbia and the EEA. Transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

08Retention

• App data: per the app policy.
• Server logs: kept only as long as security and fault analysis need them.
• Support email: kept while the request is open and for follow-up.
• Accounting records: kept for the period Serbian law sets.

09GDPR rights

Available rights: access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent. To use any of them:

1. Email apps@techshoot.info.
2. Name the app and the approximate dates of use. No accounts exist, so this is how processor records are located.
3. Expect a reply within one month.

On-device data: delete it in the app, or remove the app.

Complaints: Serbia’s Commissioner for personal data protection, or the supervisory authority of the EU member state of residence.

10iPhone controls

• Permissions such as Photos or Contacts: open Settings → Privacy & Security, then the permission.
• Ad tracking: in Settings, open Privacy & Security, then Tracking. Switch off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
• Notifications: Settings → Notifications → the app.
• On-device data: remove the app. Device or iCloud backups hold a copy until overwritten.

11Children

The apps do not target children under 13. Techshoot does not knowingly collect data from them. Age of digital consent: 15 in Serbia, 13 to 16 across the EU. Below it, a parent or guardian must consent. Data sent by a child: report it to apps@techshoot.info for deletion.

12Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. On the device, the iOS sandbox protects app data. Keep a device passcode on; no protection is absolute.

13Revisions

Revisions follow changes in the apps or the law. Check the “Last updated” line for the version date. Significant changes also get an in-app notice.
