01Scope
This agreement covers this site and sets base terms for Techshoot apps. Publisher: TECHSHOOT LLC doo, registration no. 22019759, 18 Obilicev Venac, Floor 2, Office 5.11, Stari Grad, Belgrade 11102, Republic of Serbia. Download or use of an app means acceptance.
Each app also has its own terms, and for that app they prevail:

02License
AI Private Cleaner App is licensed, never sold, under Apple’s standard EULA for App Store apps. This document supplements it. On license questions, the EULA controls. Eatix license terms: Eatix Terms of Use.
Support, maintenance and app content are Techshoot’s responsibility, not Apple’s.
03Acceptable use
- Requirements: an Apple Account and iOS 17.0 or later. No sign-up.
- App data is visible to anyone holding the unlocked device. Lock it.
- No copying, modification, reverse engineering or resale. No bypassing purchase checks. No unlawful use.
- Handle only photos and contacts that are yours or that you have rights to.
04Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Certain features need a subscription, sold as an App Store in-app purchase.
- Price and term appear on the purchase screen before confirmation.
- Apple bills the Apple Account at confirmation.
- Each term renews for the same length. To stop renewal, turn it off 24 hours or more before the term closes.
- Renewal is charged by Apple up to 24 hours before the term ends.
- Free trial, where offered: buying a subscription forfeits the unused trial days.
- Price changes: Apple gives advance notice and, where required, asks for consent.
05Cancellation
- Open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Select the app.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Paid access continues to the last day of the term. Removing the app leaves billing active.
06Refunds
Apple holds the payment, so Apple decides refunds by its rules. File a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Techshoot sees no payment data and issues no refunds.
Statutory refund rights in the buyer’s country still apply.
07User input
Photos, contacts, meals and other input remain the user’s property. Processing is limited to running the requested feature, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
08Photo and contact cleanup
AI Private Cleaner App proposes deletions; the user approves them. Review each group. Back up first. Deleted photos sit in Recently Deleted for a limited time. Deleted contacts are gone unless backed up. Enhanced photos are reconstructions and may show detail absent from the original.

Eatix – Food Scanner output is an estimate for general information. No medical status, no dietary advice. See the Disclaimer.
10Intellectual property
TECHSHOOT LLC doo or its licensors own the apps, their design, text and graphics. Apple Inc. owns the Apple, App Store and iPhone trademarks.
11Disclaimer of warranties
Delivery is “as is”. Within legal limits, Techshoot gives no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or of fitness for a purpose. Updates can change the feature set.
12Liability cap
Within legal limits, Techshoot bears no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit. Total liability per claim: capped at fees paid for the app or subscription during the preceding 12 months.
The cap does not cover liability that law makes unlimited: intent, gross negligence, or negligent harm to life or health.
13Termination
Stop at any time: remove the app and cancel the subscription. A breach of this agreement ends the license automatically.
14Applicable law
Serbian law governs this agreement. Courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction. Consumer law of the buyer’s country still applies where it cannot be waived; claims may also be filed there.
15Revisions
Revisions take effect on the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a revision is acceptance.
